Job Description

We are recruiting a Youth Development Lead- which will involve travel across all of the West Midlands with a particular focus on Birmingham and Coventry.
 It's a unique time at the moment but our commitment to our young people is as strong as it’s ever been.

This role involves delivering on our Personal and Social Development Programmes and supporting a caseload of young people into sustainable outcomes, mainly through delivering our Explore and Get Started courses and 1-2-1 follow-on support.

 As a Prince’s Trust Youth Development Lead, you’ll engage and build quality relationships with young people, volunteers and partners, and as an effective communicator and collaborator, you will thrive in both team and independent work.  Our Prince’s Trust Youth Development Leads work with young people from every background, so we’re passionate about building a diverse workforce that represents the young people we support. Our Youth Development Leads provide face-to-face 1:1 and group support for young people so you will need to have experience in facilitating skills development in at least one of the following: 

  • Social and personal development 
  • Outdoor development and delivery
  • Facilitating and leading engaging workshops
  • Partnerships management
