You will work with a range of colleagues across both teams to identify key priorities and how we will achieve them, encouraging and facilitating collaborative working and problem-solving. Using effective planning tools and your organisational skills, you will ensure activities are on track to achieve our goals and deliverables.
You will be confident working across a range of projects, be able to identify cross-cutting themes and be flexible and determined in your approach to tackle and resolve complex issues. And of course, you will need to have real enthusiasm about supporting young people across the UK who need our help the most.
