This position will initially be homeworking, with an expectation that all staff based at our head office in King’s Cross, London will attend the office 2-3 days per week from May onwards - TBC. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.
As our Supporter Services Assistant you will play a vital part in the Engagement Department and Sense as a whole, making sure that supporters have an outstanding experience of supporting us and know how much they are valued. Daily tasks are varied, with a mixture of in-and-outbound calling, combined with essential administrative tasks like income processing or capturing important information about Sense’s supporters and their motivations to support the charity.

Our successful candidate will have:
- A proven record of delivering great customer service.
- Experience of working in a busy, customer focused environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Experience working in a charity fundraising environment is desirable.
