The Role

As a member of our Relief team, you'll be providing support to two men within their shared home.  Your main aim will be supporting their day to day personal needs, including meal planning, cooking, housework, shopping and medication.  As both men enjoy an active social life within the local community, we would be looking for you to be enthusiastic about participating and supporting them with their hobbies and interests including going out for meal, clothes shopping, discos and going on the bus for day trips. The gentlemen also like keeping fit by going swimming and out for walks.

Our team really pride themselves on working together to make a positive difference. By taking a person centred and outcomes focused approach, you will get to know both men as individuals, encourage their independence and help them recognise their potential. ???????There will be aspects of lone working within this job role.

About You
