Job Description

Our fabulous #TeamHarbour in Peterhead are looking for a dedicated and understanding individual to join them as s Support Practitioner on a part-time (16 hours per week), permanent basis.

The Role

The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same.  You'll become part of a friendly team who support three individuals to live in their own homes.  Your main aim will be to give one to one support with all aspects of daily living, encouraging independence and help them to reach their goals and potential. Keeping to routines and guidelines is incredibly vital, so we are looking for people who will be bring an understanding of the importance of this. 

We'll need you to be enthusiastic and creative supporting with their hobbies and interests too, these include arts & crafts, walking and going to various social events and activities. 

Shift Patterns

Working on a 16 hour contract, you will usually work your hours over 2 days a week, which involve weekend working on a rotational basis.  As we're dedicated to providing the best support possible shift patterns usually fall into patterns of 0800-1615 hours or 1600-0815 hours (which includes sleepover).  ???????
