Job Description

We are looking for a Shopper Marketing Coordinator to join and help us fund lifesaving research. You will be supporting the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager and the Senior Shopper Engagement Executive with coordinating and implementing shopper marketing activity across our estate of 730+ shops and stores.

You will lead on individual projects as required, provide wider team support with day-to-day marketing operations, and gain a good understanding of audience insights, sector trends and best practice in shopper marketing. 

We are the leading charity retailer with over 700 stores across the UK and serve 30 million customers each year. Our annual profits fund pioneering research into heart and circulatory diseases. We couldn’t do it without our people who run a seamless operation, get a kick out of finding brilliant products, and delivering a first-rate customer service. 

This is 18 month fixed term contract covering family leave.

Working arrangement

This is a dual location role, with your working time split between your Home and 1-2 days per week in either our London Office (NW1 7AW). This will allow us to unlock our best work for our cause, blending the best of home and office working.

About you 

Our ideal Marketing Coordinator will have demonstrable experience of coordinating marketing campaigns and activity with a strong project management experience.

With high levels of numeracy, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to support manage multiple projects whilst prioritising workload accordingly. You will be able to work independently, show initiative and be a team player.

With a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, you will be curious, willing to learn and enthusiastic. 

A creative thinker, able to use own initiative and solve problems, you’ll be an exceptionable writer able to create, proof-read, and edit copy for various marketing materials that tell inspiring stories. 

With an enthusiastic and “can-do” positive attitude and team player you’ll help us deliver outstanding marketing communications for the retail team.
