Working with primary schools across Devon, this is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly HR Team and provide first line HR support to 600 colleagues across the organisation. Developing relationships across the Trust, you will promote and develop a positive people culture and provide your expertise in management of employee relations and employment law.

To be successful you will need:

• Effective communication skills: Be a skilled and tactful communicator, able to manage sensitive and challenging conversations with discretion.
• Previous HR experience in an HR advisory role with knowledge of case management and processes.
• To see the bigger picture and have a desire to drive improvement for children through your impact on culture and safeguarding
• A good awareness of equality, diversity and inclusion to work with the schools and to meet the needs of diverse communities
