About the Role

We are looking for a customer focused Rent Advisor to join our team and help us achieve our social mission.

On the job you will: 

• Effectively recover rent arrears in a patch of properties, helping to achieve KPI's and performance targets
• Maximise income collection
• Give support and advice to tenants in relation to their agency
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to sustain tenancies 

About You

We’re looking for someone who understands how to connect with people. If you’re open minded, confident, compassionate and want to learn more about rent arrears recovery then we’d love to hear from you!

You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:

• Experience in working in social housing or other front line customer service environments
• A working knowledge of good practice in relation to housing management and welfare benefits
• Knowledge of the legislation governing the recovery of rent arrears
• A current driving licence and use of own vehicle

The minimum qualifications required are 5 GCSE's grade C and above (or equivalent including Maths and English)
