About the opportunity

We are looking for a bright, hardworking, and enthusiastic administrator to join our busy team. The role is varied and often challenging but provides a great learning experience in a friendly working environment. The role is predominantly supporting the Operations Team Managers. 

Our Operations team is responsible for delivering our certification services for Organic Food, Farming, Health and Beauty and Textiles. Your role will be supporting the Operational Managers and providing administrative support, this will include organisation of diaries, minute taking, organisation of meetings, maintenance of records, document management, data entry, checking invoices and providing general admin support as needed. The role is very varied and will be working across different teams within the organisation.  

About you

You will have considerable administrative experience within an office environment, preferably in a customer service role. You will have excellent IT skills and experience of using databases. 

Part of the role is supporting Senior Managers and Directors and therefore you will need excellent organisational and communication skills along with the ability to ensure confidentiality. 

You will enjoy being a support to the Operations Team. You will be proactive and organised, enjoy working as part of a team, assisting colleagues and sharing ideas.
