As our Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with our Marketing Manager playing a key role supporting the delivery of inspirational and valuable Retail Fundraising campaigns and income generating products to our instore audiences.
In this role you will focus on coordinating local marketing and managing local campaigns. You will be responsible for coordinating the print distribution of all instore point-of-sale materials, instore radio ads and screen content you will also carry out the financial administration to support these activities. Working closely with key agencies and suppliers to produce highly successful integrated campaigns in support of the British Heart Foundation (BHF) strategic objectives.
With a good understanding of sector trends, you will be able to review the marketing tools/channel performance and report on competitor marketing activity ensuring a maximum return on investment.
This is a dual location role, with your working time split between your Home and 1-2 days per week in our London Office (NW1 7AW). This will allow us to unlock our best work for our cause, blending the best of home and office working.

With previous marketing experience, you’ll have delivered multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-moving direct marketing team. You’ll be an excellent communicator able to build successful working relationships quickly with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
A creative thinker, able to use own initiative and solve problems, you’ll be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and be driven to use insight and analysis for continuous improvement.
Proficient using MS Office and preferably have experience using Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Reader, you’ll be an exceptionable writer able to create, proof-read, and edit copy for various marketing materials that tell inspiring stories.
