We now have a new opportunity for a Learning and Development specialist to join us for an immediate start and help play a key part in our people agenda.
You will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing the internal Learning & Development programme for colleagues, helping individuals and teams develop skills and knowledge. As part of this, you will be involved in a variety of projects, including improving the learning infrastructure by upgrading our online learning platform to effectively deliver Sustrans requirements. You will drive the learning strategy, develop learning materials and analyse intervention effectiveness - leading Sustrans towards becoming a learning organisation.
A confident communicator and engaging facilitator, you will bring with you extensive experience of managing a Learning and Development function, and will have successfully implemented an online learning platform.
So, if you have experience of developing and delivering a diverse range of learning interventions such as performance management and stakeholder engagement, and are passionate and committed to the ideals of sustainable transport, this could be the role for you.
