We manage all phases from concept development to detailed design, construction, commissioning and operations.

Help us to responsibly develop and operate renewable energy projects – supporting communities across the country and helping to create a sustainable future.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Land Manager to work with our land team to help support our substantial aspirations. We are actively bringing forward projects into construction which requires attention to detail and an emphasis on good communication to bring these from option into lease. Alongside our construction activities we also have a large portfolio of projects at various stages, where you will be involved in creating complete land assembly packages covering, but not limited to, HoT negotiations and access investigation.

This is an extremely varied role that will excite someone that has good experience in the renewables industry and wants to strive for excellence across multiple phases of development, seeing projects getting built, being consented and newly acquired. To top that off, we also have an extensive operational portfolio that requires ongoing support as well as a number of these projects commencing repowering in the coming years.

If you are committed to building relationships locally, passionate about creating a sustainable future and focussed on delivering successful projects - then we want to hear from you.

Working closely with the construction team, the job holder will also be involved in exercising Options and entering Leases in-line with construction programme, Option/Lease obligations and construction technical requirements.

They will also assist in the search for new sites across the UK (onshore wind, solar and energy storage) to build a pipeline of renewable energy projects capable of achieving specific project and financial objectives.

The job holder will also be involved in the management of live leases and resolution of any land issues arising for operational sites and associated leases.

Committed - We are committed to building relationships. We pledge to be present, be accessible and be open with all of our activity.
