Abuse changes childhoods, but so could you. The NSPCC is fighting for every childhood, and we are looking for a driven and creative professional who can help us to inspire our supporters.

Job Description

High Value Communications Officer (Fundraising) – Major Giving

Child abuse is preventable, and the need for NSPCC’s Childline, local services, and public campaigning has never been more urgent. Fundraising underpins our commitment to vulnerable children across the country - as a charity we rely upon our generous supporters for almost 90% of our annual income.

The High Value Communications team ensures that our supporters feel close to the cause and makes the case for support of the NSPCC. As High Value Communications Officer, your work will further our ability to raise significant funds. You will be developing and sharing key fundraising resources, bespoke materials, and engaging messages that communicate the need for and impact of the NSPCC’s work with children.

Are you someone with excellent writing skills, a strong eye for detail, and experience of presenting information in a clear and persuasive way for a range of audiences? Are you great at working collaboratively with colleagues and managing your workload to meet competing deadlines?

Whilst fundraising experience is highly desirable, we are looking for candidates with transferrable skills. If you are working in a content creation or communications role, we would love to hear from you.
