The Prince’s Trust philanthropy team are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, passionate about our cause and has a strong understanding of what motivates major philanthropists to join us in an exciting new role.

Job Description

We are a growing team, at a hugely exciting time as we build towards the launch of a landmark philanthropy campaign this year.

You will lead the development of our Prince’s Trust Endowment Fund as well as have a new business focus on high-value fundraising. This role will proactively and independently secure 7- and 8- figure new business funding to help more young people primarily through the Endowment Fund.

This role is based in London and the pay scales reflect a London weighting. However, we are open to conversations with applicants based across the country who are prepared for regular travel to London and have the experience required.

Last year, we helped more than 70,000 young people, with three in four young people on our programmes, move into work, education or training. 

The young people we help face a range of challenges, such as unemployment, mental health issues or some have been in trouble with the law. Our job is to inspire and support young people, to help them reach their potential so that they can thrive and society can prosper.
