As Head of Impact you will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Research and Monitoring Unit and you will be responsible for driving forward Sustrans impact improvement priorities.

Job Description

We now have an exciting opportunity to join our senior leadership team in a key role as Head of Impact.

Providing strategic and operational leadership to the Research and Monitoring Unit, you will be responsible for driving forward Sustrans impact improvement priorities.

You will lead the strategic development of the charity’s Theory of Change and impact measurement framework, shaping and embedding systems and tools that will identify and capture the breadth and depth of Sustrans impact.

We are looking for excellent communicators and influencers with significant experience of operating at a senior level to lead an experienced team.

You will have a track record in leading the strategic development of an impact framework across a UK wide organisation.
