We are seeking an?experienced Head of Engagement to lead the development and delivery of communications strategies that inspire and enable people to act in support of people and planet.
You will lead the team to develop communications strategies that tell an engaging story of climate justice and regenerating nature – highlighting, and building support for, the solutions that work for all not the few.?You will be able to put the passion and work of communities at the heart of our story?to reach a wider audience, inspire others and change politics.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the approach of an environmental justice organisation in a decade when radical action on the climate and ecological crises must happen.
Key Skills and Attributes:
You should have worked in a communications environment, ideally in a mission led organisation, and must have experience of leading integrated marketing campaigns across a range of channels, for a range of outcomes.

This role sits within the engagement directorate and reports to the Director of Engagement. Under the direction of new organisational and Brand and Audience strategies, the directorate leads the development and delivery of communications strategies that celebrate grassroots action and drive widespread engagement and participation with our mission and the climate justice movement.
