Key skills and experience
Previous care experience is not required for this role. It is really important that you’re adaptable and able to work on your own initiative, always putting the people we support first. We are looking for people that really embrace our values and ‘I’ statements.
For genuine occupational reasons we are looking to appoint a female candidate only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).
Everything we do is underpinned by five core values. These values shape the way we work as we pursue our vision of a world where no one, no matter how complex their disabilities is isolated, left out, or unable to fulfil their potential.
We include, We collaborate, We find a way, We challenge, We celebrate.
