Supporting our strategic centre
At the NSPCC we’re leading the fight against child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. We believe that every childhood is worth fighting for.
The new Strategy and Knowledge directorate sits at the heart of all that we do and is responsible for ensuring we have a consistent, authoritative, evidenced voice across all the activities that will advance our strategy; policy influence, services, products and campaigns. The directorate is being enlarged, with a new Director due to join soon. It will bring together existing teams at NSPCC.
We need an Executive Assistant to directly support the work of the Director and to provide wider business support to our senior managers, to keep the teams functioning smoothly, providing centralised organisation and support. We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills, able to be professional and effective in handling contacts with high level partners and suppliers. Additionally you will need to keep an eye on the way things are running, provide information at short notice and suggest improvements to the way we do things. The ability to write about and present information in a clear way, and a careful attention to accuracy will be important.
This role is currently working remotely, with the expectation to work in the London NSPCC office in the foreseeable future.
