Job Title: Development Officer (Housing Construction)

Our customer service team is essential to the smooth running of our business Whether they are coordinating repair activity, providing general advice and support or tackling specific customer issues our team keep the customer at the heart of our organisation.
About the role
We have two new Development Officer roles within our busy development delivery team. The team focuses on providing quality new homes on time and to budget to meet our growth objectives.
The successful candidates will have experience of project management, ideally in housing development or experience in a construction or housing role.
We are looking for candidates who can provide excellent service to our customers.
On the Job you will:
- provide excellent service to our customers.
- work closely with Development Contract Manager to assist in the delivery of projects
- visiting Building sites for meetings and snagging and end of defects inspections
- handing over quality new homes and proactively managing any defects
