Cyrenians Outreach Service provides a range of activity aimed at improving the lives of those who experience severe and multiple disadvantage. Seeking to both better understand and respond to the needs of those who experience homelessness, our service interventions include Housing First, street based outreach, health and homelessness initiatives, and a range of opportunities to engage those with lived experience and those in frontline roles to influence policy and decision making.
The Coordinator role is new and key to helping us ensure the effective operation of this growing area of our work. The coordinator will provide a central point from which to connect the work across the project teams and to ensure that those making enquiries to the service have a quick response and are connected to the help that they need. It will also support us in optimising the amount of time our teams can spend on frontline work by leading on the information management aspects of our work.
The successful candidate will be a flexible, well organised and passionate individual who is aware of the challenges facing people who are experiencing homelessness. You will have excellent communication skills, and a creative approach to problem solving. You should also have the ability to demonstrate Cyrenians values of Compassion, Respect, Integrity and Innovation in the work that you do..
