The NSPCC Community & Events Fundraising Team is looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic fundraiser, to support and develop our network of volunteers and support in these three counties.

Job Description

These are challenging but exciting times for the voluntary sector, yet we know that children are now at greater risk of abuse. We’re here to help keep children safe because every childhood is worth fighting for.

The NSPCC Community & Events Fundraising Team is looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic fundraiser, to support and develop our network of volunteers and support in these three counties.  In addition you will develop new fundraising support from companies and individuals in order to grow income across the area.

Operating from home, you will work as part of the Community & Events Fundraising Team, contributing to fundraising initiatives in the East Region. The post-holder will be required to travel across the patch and to the NSPCC’s Head Office in London for team meetings.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of success in developing relationships in order to achieve results within a fundraising, sales or marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Well-developed ability to proactively lead, develop and manage relationships with individuals/groups both internally and externally, and achieve objectives through these relationships.
