The Box Office and Reception Assistant will use the spektrix ticketing system to develop the full potential of each customer relationship, maximising sales and fundraising opportunities, and ensuring that an excellent customer experience is provided from first contact through to attending the performance itself.
The role also includes working as part of the Reception team to provide a welcoming and efficient company Reception to staff and visitors to Opera North and Leeds Grand Theatre.
The Essential Requirements Include:
- Educated to at least GCSE Grade C level in English Language and Mathematics.
- Qualifications in subject areas which reflect a vocational interest.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
- Computer literate.
