We are looking for graduate or junior land agent to join our growing team. Ideally with an RICS accredited degree and/or experience with easements and access negotiation.

Job Description

Who are we looking for and why work at Natural Power?

We are looking for graduate or junior land agent to join our growing team. Ideally with an RICS accredited degree and/or experience with easements and access negotiation. An interest in developing renewable energy projects and becoming RICS qualified would be supported. Our preferred location is our Global HQ in St John’s Town of Dalry, but candidates with some experience may be considered at other locations.

Our land agents advise on and secure land rights for clients at all project stages and form part of the Planning Team, which leads on managing renewables projects from initial feasibility, through Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and planning consent, where we have a consenting success rate of over 90%, right through to pre-construction condition discharge. We have around 20 people in the Planning team, based at various locations in Scotland and Wales and who work on projects incorporating a variety of renewable energy technologies and for a range of clients, helping the UK transition to green energy and reduce carbon emissions. We are a growing team that looks to be at the forefront of the industry, adding value to renewables projects and making a difference.

We will offer an engaging, collaborative and fast-paced environment and an excellent benefits package, including: Generous Annual Leave, Flexible Working, Pension, Employee Assistance Programme, Personal Insurances and a selection of elective benefits which include Health Plans, Discounts and Salary Sacrifice options.

Company Description

We're an independent consultant and service provider, and we only ever work on green energy projects.

Natural Power started back in 1995 when we were just two people working together from a flat in Glasgow. Even in those early days we had a clear purpose: to tackle the very real fear of climate change and to help to create a better environment for future generations.

To begin with, the ambition was to raise awareness around the debate about climate change and to start offsetting carbon from fossil fuels by promoting renewable energy. We grew through recruiting passionate, motivated people who believed in what we were doing and were willing to work together to achieve it. We avoided an overly corporate approach, preferring to be flexible and driven by our beliefs.

Our beliefs and philosophy have not changed, we were - and continue to be - pioneering.

We can't wait for you to join our team!
