Our Sense Property Team are recruiting for an Assistant Building Manager to join them on a permanent basis based at our new refurbished offices in Kings Cross London, working 37.5 hours a week.
The successful candidate be a vital part of ensuring we provide a warm welcome to everyone who comes into the building as well as support with the management of the day-to-day facilities within the offices and being a first point of contact for the people using the building.
Key skills and experience:
- Awareness of good customer service requirements.
- An understanding of Health & Safety Policy and Regulations.
- Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Excellent level of IT literacy.
