Generous annual leave and the opportunity to buy more
On joining Sense you're entitled to 24 days annual leave plus your usual bank holidays. This rises to 26 days after five years' service and 28 days after ten years. We also offer a scheme to buy and sell annual leave up to a maximum of four days.
We offer a contributory pension scheme where Sense will match your contributions from 1% to 5%, an auto-enrolment pension, free financial advice on pension options and you can use our free 'pension monster' retirement planning tool to help inform your decisions around pensions.

Sense's employee assistance programme is available to all of our team members 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. This includes counselling support, health advice, personal legal advice and financial information.
