Change Agents UK is a sustainability charity and not-for-profit organisation, working towards our vision of a secure, resilient, zero-carbon and fair future for all.
Our mission is:
- to raise public awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals and the climate & ecological emergencies
- to support and empower the next generation to have the skills and knowledge needed for the future
- to build networks that engage individuals and organisations in working towards an equitable and zero-carbon world.
We are passionate about helping others take action on sustainability issues. We work closely with young people, businesses and organisations: providing education & training on sustainability skills, facilitating jobs and placements in sustainability-related roles, and supporting initiatives in universities and communities. We value collaboration and are always excited to develop new projects with organisations who share our vision.

Being a Change Agent
We provide recruitment and employment services to a wide range of organisations including businesses, local authorities and universities. All our roles have a sustainability focus and we love linking up our network of Change Agents to share knowledge, ideas and best practice.
If you join one of our roles, you’ll be able to make use of the support of our friendly team and our online Learning Academy. For entry-level roles, we have a Skills Development Programme to help you develop essential workplace and sustainability skills.
We work closely with our partner organisations to ensure you have the support you need to succeed in your role. Becoming a Change Agent
The profits from our recruitment services go straight back into our charity, enabling us to deliver sustainability projects, education and training.
We work with young people from all walks of life, helping them understand social and environmental issues and how to tackle these through their work. We teach the essential ‘skills for the future’ that will help them succeed and develop their confidence to make the transition from education into the world of work.
We also work with businesses and organisations, empowering staff with sustainability and carbon literacy training and helping them to develop sustainability action plans. We welcome collaboration and enjoy partnering with other organisations to further our reach and impact.
